We treat email like a revenue channel, because it is one
Most brands send email and hope. We measure where it lands, fix what is broken, and build the flows that earn between campaigns. The scorecard is revenue per recipient, not a screenshot of open rates.
Why we exist
Email is the highest-return channel most brands run, and the one they neglect most. A welcome flow set up two years ago, a list quietly drifting into spam, a campaign calendar with no plan behind it. We were tired of seeing revenue left on the table, so we built an agency that starts every engagement by measuring the leak.
How we are different
We lead with deliverability, because a flow that lands in spam is worth nothing. We use inbox-placement testing with GlockApps instead of trusting open rates that Apple Mail Privacy Protection inflated past 43%. And we report in plain English: what we changed, what it earned, and what we are testing next.

How we keep ourselves honest
We do not chase vanity metrics, and we will tell you when a tactic is not worth it. If a platform is the wrong fit, we say so, even when a migration is more billable than leaving you where you are. When our read on your account differs from what you hoped to hear, you get our honest read. That is the whole value of hiring specialists.
