InboxConect fixes deliverability, builds the lifecycle flows that earn while you sleep, and runs your whole email program on Klaviyo, measured against your revenue rather than your open rate.
No retainer required for the audit. We send you the findings either way.

spam-complaint rate, pulled under Gmail's 0.3% limit
A DTC skincare brand: Campaigns to a 180,000-subscriber list were landing in Promotions and Spam, complaints sat at 0.

A B2B SaaS in onboarding: Free trials converted on gut feel: one static welcome email, no behavior-based follow-up, so trials that stalled never got a nudge.

A subscription coffee brand: Almost all email revenue came from one-off campaigns: flows were a stock welcome and a basic cart reminder, so revenue spiked on send days and flatlined between them.

Questions teams ask before they hire us
What does an email marketing agency actually do?
We run the parts of email most teams do not have time for: fixing deliverability so messages reach the inbox, building automated flows like welcome and abandoned-cart, and managing the campaign calendar on Klaviyo or your platform. You get plain-English reporting on revenue per recipient, not a wall of open rates.
How is deliverability different from delivery?
Delivery means the server accepted your email. Deliverability means it reached the primary inbox instead of spam or Promotions. A message can be delivered and still never seen. We test inbox placement with GlockApps across Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo, then fix authentication and list hygiene so real people see your sends.
Do you only work with Klaviyo?
Klaviyo is our default for DTC and ecommerce because of its Shopify-native flows, and our team holds Klaviyo Certified Partner credentials. We also work in Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Brevo, and others, and we run migrations when a platform is holding a brand back.
How fast will we see results?
Deliverability fixes show up quickest. Authentication and a list sunset can lift inbox placement within a few weeks, as one skincare brand saw placement move from 78% to 96%. Flow revenue builds over a quarter as new sequences mature and accumulate sends. We set expectations against your own baseline in the audit.
What is a realistic open or click rate to expect?
Open rate is unreliable since Apple Mail Privacy Protection inflates it, with 2025 averages near 43.5%. We focus on click-through, where the 2025 average is 2.1%, and click-to-open at 6.8%. We measure against your historical numbers and your revenue, not a generic benchmark.
